Can you consider that there are many right ways to get to the same goal? Each living being has a unique lived experience that qualifies them to hold a particular perspective. If the goal is in alignment with all involved, there is enough room for everyone to come to the process with their own strengths and insights. Nothing less will do if the goal is to keep doing what matters to us and build a world we all want to be in.
