Thanks so much for all your orders! The calendar has sold out and I am printing a small run that will hopefully be ready in early January 2025 or sooner.
This 26-page wall calendar measures approximately 9” x 11” and is printed on thick cardstock with a durable wire binding.Illustrations are all original drawings.Monthly grids feature the full and new moon.
This year I’m offering a collection of artwork I’ve created over many years yet in new contexts.I decided to play with collaging different creatures and give many of them new life with the company of other characters. So many of the illustrations I made in my early years were of individual animals alone on the page. These days I am deeply aware that all living creatures are always in webs of connection with others. Even if we are not actively engaging with them. Even if we disagree. We impact each other and are constantly moving, changing and shaping the worlds we share.
Friends, lovers, daily companions, neighbors, collaborators, ancestors, strangers. Those that ride on our backs. Those that watch from above. Those that swim alongside without much engagement but always witness. Those that keep watch and move with us to protect what we care about.
